Shipping and Delivery Policy

Delivery Timeframe:
Once your payment is confirmed, we will begin processing your order immediately. We aim to deliver your vehicle within 10 to 15 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances, but we will keep you informed throughout the entire process.

Shipping Charges:
Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the type of vehicle purchased. These charges will be detailed at the time of checkout, ensuring full transparency.

Delivery Process:
We work with trusted logistics partners to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your vehicle. Upon shipment, you will receive a tracking number and estimated delivery date. Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to inspect and accept the vehicle.

Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds:
At Top Classic Auto, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 24 hours of making the payment to be eligible for a full refund. After this period, cancellations will not be accepted as the shipping process will have commenced.

Processing Refunds:
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used during the purchase. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after cancellation.

Non-Refundable Charges:
Please note that any shipping charges incurred are non-refundable once the vehicle has been dispatched.

Returns Policy

Vehicle Inspection on Delivery:
We encourage you to thoroughly inspect your vehicle upon delivery. If you notice any damage or discrepancies, please notify us and the delivery agent immediately.

Eligibility for Returns:
Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • The vehicle was delivered in a damaged condition or does not match the specifications of your order.
  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your vehicle. Our team will guide you through the process and arrange for the vehicle to be returned to our nearest location. Once the return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or arrange for a replacement, as per your preference.

Return Shipping Costs:
If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect vehicle, damage during shipping), Top Classic Auto will cover all return shipping costs. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
